Welcome
We are Gilles and Fabien, and we welcome you to our home, Cabrières, at the heart of Hérault, between Montpellier and Béziers.
Souki has only two lodges. We could have built more. We preferred to preserve calm, space and this rare feeling of being almost alone in the world.
Situated on the hillside, open to the hills, each lodge has its private heated pool, its terrace and its own horizon. There is no common space here, no place to share. Only your lodge, your pool and the hills around you.
Every morning, we compose your breakfast in a large wooden chest made especially for Souki. In it we bring together Loïc’s sourdough bread, eggs from our hens, jams from La Fée Confiot, our homemade yogurts, pastries baked that same morning and the AOP pélardon from the Mas Rolland. At 9 am we leave it outside your tea pantry, without disturbing your sleep.
In the evening, we compose and cook a dinner for you, then we serve it to you in the privacy of your lodge.
Massages, treatments and experiences also come to you. Our role is simple: be present when necessary, then step aside to leave you alone with the place.

Open to the hills, Nuages is the lodge where the gaze extends the furthest. Light enters from all sides, crosses the curves of the wood and accompanies the eye to the final reliefs. A bright refuge, open to the sky, the vineyards and the scrubland.

More withdrawn, L’Arbre Perché nestles in the oak trees, away from the rest of the estate. The vegetation envelops the terrace and gently filters the light. An intimate, silent, almost secret refuge for those who simply dream of disappearing for a few days.

i · Signature experience
In the 32°C water of your private pool, the body lets itself be carried, stretched and guided. Halfway between aquatic treatment, meditation and weightlessness, the Janzu invites a deep letting go. It has become, over the years, one of the signatures of Souki.
ii · Yoga
A private session on your terrace, facing the still silent hills. Marie adapts the practice to your level, your energy and what your body needs that morning.
iii · Dawn
From 9 a.m., your breakfast awaits you in your tea and coffee station. Bread and pastries still warm, eggs from our chickens, homemade yogurts, cold-pressed juices, local jams and cheeses. You then take it to your lodge and enjoy it at your own pace, on the terrace, by the pool or in bed, with the bay windows wide open overlooking the hills.
iv · Massages & treatments
You don't have any wellness area to join. Your practitioner comes directly to your lodge for a solo or duo massage. Once the treatment is finished, there is only one thing left to do: prolong the moment.
v · Sports coaching
A private session imagined with Benjamin according to your desires and your level. Strengthening, mobility, physical preparation or running on the trails: the coaching takes place on your terrace, in the countryside or around the estate.
vi · In the evening
Every evening, we compose and cook a dinner for you throughout the seasons, with harvests from our vegetable garden and fresh, local and organic products from producers we know. We then serve it to you in the privacy of your lodge. There is no restaurant room or neighboring table. Only yours.
Around
Souki is located at Cabrières, between the red lands of Lake Salagou, the reliefs of the circus of Mourèze and the vineyards of Languedoc. The Pic de Vissou watches over the area. The Etang de Thau, Sète and the Mediterranean are never very far away.
We share with you the trails we travel, the winegrowers we love and the tables we return to. We can also organize your reservations and help you imagine a day according to your mood.
And if, ultimately, you prefer to stay by your pool, we will understand that perfectly.

Souki has only two lodges, open all year round. A few days are sometimes enough to change pace, find time for yourself and remember that silence still exists. The best availability is often reserved several months in advance.
